At Sarah & Scott Sydney, we are committed to providing high-quality fashion and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or handling charges.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.

  • Trying on items for fit is permitted; wearing them beyond fitting is not allowed.

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted and may be refused.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@sarahscottsydney.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our international fulfillment partner.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs fees or shipping costs to our fulfillment partner in China.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and proof of delivery.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and meets all return conditions:

  • The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Liability

  • Sarah & Scott Sydney is not responsible for lost return shipments. Customers are responsible for ensuring the return arrives safely.

  • If tracking indicates successful delivery to the address provided, the return will be considered received.

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address at checkout is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.
